The Alberta Cricket Umpires and Scorers Association (ACUSA) is an organization dedicated to the Training of Umpires and Scorers in Canada and for the exchange of ideas and training techniques between its members. It is responsible for the appointment of Umpires and Scorers to all the Regular League games of Alberta Cricket Association. New candidates attend training courses run by the ACUSA and subsequently write the Cricket Canada Examination. New candidates are invited to become members of the Association and then are assigned to games in the Alberta and it’s affiliated leagues. The ACUSA holds regular meetings on the second last Thursday of every month of the year except December. These meetings take place at 6 p.m. There is an annual membership fee to the Association
